You'd have to have two browser windows open with the old look on one, and the new version you created on the other. Or print the original information. I would recommend that ESC try using a Sharepoint server for this type of exercise! The dates of employment and some job details are important. As someone who interviews and hires those two are key to look at. It is important that an employer knows how long a perspective employee stayed at thier prior jobs and what key responsibilites they had. Unless I'm wrong about perceptions of score-keeping on the resume? How about "Career Goals?" This points out a clear difference between having a "job" and embarking on a "career", and also "objectives" vs. "goals". "Job objective" sounds short term, "career goals" sounds forward-thinking. I think putting the positions ahead of the company will put emphasis on the positions themselves. I'll also attempt to clean up the language on one of the positions: the one at the college.
